  4. Select the number of guests: Indicate how many guests will be part of your group.
  5. Click ‘Book Now’: Confirm your selection and proceed to the booking page.
  6. Enter your details: Provide your name, email, phone number, and any special requests.
  7. Make the payment: Complete the payment using your preferred method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking).
  8. Booking confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email, WhatsApp message, and a confirmation call, detailing your booking information, including stay dates and a booking reference number.

Booking a Homestay:

  2. Select a Homestay: Browse through our homestays with detailed descriptions and images.
  3. Choose your dates: Select your check-in and check-out dates from the calendar.

  3. Choose your rental dates: Select the start and end dates for the rental period.
  4. Select the vehicle type: Choose from our chauffeur-driven options (self-drive not available).
  5. Click ‘Book Now’: Proceed to the booking page.
  6. Enter your details: Provide your name, email, and other necessary details.
  7. Make the payment: Complete your booking by paying through your preferred method.
  8. Booking confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your vehicle rental, along with relevant details and a booking reference number.

2. Instructions on How to Cancel or Modify a Booking

If your plans change, you can easily cancel or modify your booking by following the steps below:

How to Cancel a Booking:

  2. Go to ‘My Bookings’: This section will display all your upcoming bookings.
  3. Select the booking you wish to cancel.
  4. Click ‘Cancel Booking’: Confirm your cancellation request.

Note: Changes to your booking must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled check-in or rental date. Modifications are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.


3. Information on Refund Timelines and Processes

Refund Timelines for Package Bookings:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in: Full refund (minus a service fee).
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before check-in: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.

Refund Timelines for Homestay Rentals:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in: Full refund (minus a service fee).
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before check-in: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.

Refund Timelines for Vehicle Rentals:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the rental start date: Full refund (minus a processing fee).
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before the rental: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the rental start date: No refund.

Refund Process:

  • Once your cancellation request is processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
